Behind on Everything

Is it me, or are the days flying by at hyper speed?
My to-do list is constantly being rearranged, and I’m at the point where “pushing something off to another day” somehow feels like getting something done.
Ugh.
Of course, it doesn’t help that I’m the world’s most committed procrastinator. If there were an Olympic event for “strategic delay,” I’d at least medal.
The strange part? I’m consistently behind. At least I am consistent? There should be an award for that.
Some days I tell myself I work best under pressure. Other days I suspect that might just be something I say to make myself feel better about reorganizing the same three tasks over and over.
I know I’m not alone in this. Life moves fast. Expectations pile up. The list never really ends — it just refreshes.
So tell me — what do you do to stay on track?
Do you write out a strict schedule?
Time block your day?
Use an app that keeps your focus locked in?
Or have you simply made peace with a little chaos?
Please share your success stories. I need tips.
Desperately (but consistently) Behind,
me xo
